HENLEY

a town on the River Thames in Oxfordshire , England. It is famous for the rowing races held there during the Henley Regatta , an event that began in 1839 and takes place over five days every July. It is a fashionable event, attended by many rich and famous people, and is one of the sports and cultural events held every summer which together are known as the Season .
