Meaning of YAARU in English

[Egyptian] In Egyptian myth, Yaaru (Iaru, Aalu) are the fields of the nether-world, located in the realm of the dead, the domain of Osiris. It is a beautiful place (an equivalent of Eden) were the deceased can perform their favorite activities. These fields are tilled to provide the dead with food. It is represented as a vast field of wheat, symbol of life. Yaaru is situated in the east where the sun rises, but is sometimes also referred to as a group of islands. They correspond roughly to the Elysian Fields of the Greeks. The antipode of Yaaru is Duat, the dark realm of the dead.
