MULTIPLE INVESTMENT SINKING FUND (MISF)

Method of income allocation used to report earnings on a leveraged lease. This method is similar to the external rate of return (ERR) method of yield calculation except that it assumes a zero earnings rate during periods of disinvestment (a sinking fund rate equal to 0).
