Ayatullah Assayid Murtada Alghazvini: Imam Sayid Murtada Ghazvini, was born in 1931 in the holiest city of the Muslim nation called Karbala, which hosts the shrine Of Imam` Hussain (P.B.U.H). His family has a long-standing history in the making of the culture and the religious infrastructure of modern Iraq.
The sayid studied the Islamic thoughts at the bands of prominent scholars In Karbala and reached the highest level of Islamic knowledge and jurisprudence (Ejtihad). Since early 1950's he started to teach at several seminarian and universities in Iraq, Kuwait and Iran. Beside his academic career Assayid Alghazvini is a well-known scholar (Aliem) and speaker in Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Gulf area, Syria, Lebanon, Europe and North America.
Now he faces the problem with the Muslims youth that are dissolving in the American society.
He has succeeded in bringing out a great Muslim thoughts and ideas in his life. So. We all pray to Allah to give him a long life and the hands with the power to build and help the Islamic Society around the globe.
