A corporation that provides U.S. businesses which export with tax benefits. Exporters can establish a Foreign Sales Corporation (FSC) in a specially designated foreign country, or one of several designated U.S. possessions. The statute providing for the establishment of FSCs was part of the Deficit Reduction Act of 1984.
