it's an acronym for Canibalistic Huminoid Underground Dwellers and can be used as a general insult large groups of people. it was also used in the simpsons, when marge tells homer, can't judge New York on it's Pimps and Chuds. Example: man, this casino is starting to piss me off. all these chuds don't walk fast enough and keep elbowing me.
