When the ultimate, massive, final, non-reversible destruction of something occurs; a cross between demolish and exfoliate. Example: When you drop a plate of food on the driveway and as you turn to go back inside the house to get something to try and rescue some of the food, your friend drives over it with the car as she is picking you up. The food and plate have been demoliated.
