1. An elusive pond animal that was always being sought after in the television show _Doug_. (A nematode in the show?) 2. To describe someone who does something in such a ridiculous or excessive manner that it is quite humorous. Example: Whenever I try to sell my used CDs to the record store, the guy who works there inspects them like a nematoad. He whips out a magnifying glass to look for scratches.
