also known as Ayurparibhadra, Chinese temple name (yan) Jen Tsung, Pinyin romanization Yuan Renzong (reigned 131120), Mongol emperor of the Yan dynasty of China, who was a patron of literature. He distributed offices more equitably between Chinese and Mongols than had his predecessors, and during his reign commercial ties with Europe increased.
