(1961– )
an English boxer. He became the European heavyweight champion in 1985, and the world heavyweight champion in 1995. After losing to Mike Tyson a year later, he retired from boxing. His easy humour and natural good nature made him a popular television personality and he appeared in pantomimes in the 1990s.
