COMIC RELIEF

a British charity organization that was started by a group of comedy actors to raise money for poor people and people with special disadvantages. Once every two years in March there are comedy programmes on television in which the actors and presenters ask people to send money for various charities. On the same day, also called Red Nose Day , people buy and wear red noses and do silly or amusing things to raise money.
