CHAHNAMEED

[Native American] Chahnameed, also known as the Glutton or "great eater", cannot keep a wife because he is away too often and too long in order to satisfy his own voracious appetite. His wife makes numerous dolls so that when he returns to find her gone, his house is filled with dolls who scream at him behind his back. She slays Chahnameed with a long hair plucked from her head used like a spear.
