[Other] Liktanur introduced the outrigger sail. Her ten sons wanted to have a canoe race and none would let her travel with him. None except the youngest, Jebro. As a gift, Liktanur gave her son the first sail and subsequently he won the race and became the chief of the island of Alinglaplap.
