DISTURBED WETLAND

Any isolated wetland altered prior to October 1, 1984, by drainage, dredging, filling or invasion by exotic plants so that hydrologic and biologic functions are significantly diminished. Wetlands impacted in violation of District rules or permit conditions shall not be considered disturbed.
