DEBT OPTIMIZATION

A method of borrowing funds in a leveraged lease in which the equity participants borrow and repay the debt in such a manner as to maximize their return on equity- maintain a constant return and offer a lower lease payment- maximize cash flow or maximize a combination of factors.
