INDEMNIFICATION

A clause in a master lease agreement that requires lessees to indemnify lessors against any and all claims- suits- actions- damages- liabilities- expenses- cost- including attorney fees- whether or not suit is instituted- arising out of or incurred in connection with the equipment.
