A commercial network service that is a joint venture between Sears Roebuck and IBM. This service has improved some of its technical problems but it is also expensive according to Mossberg (1994a) . NewMedia, January 1994, p. 31 has a brief summary of new features such as color-coded menus, digitized photos, Internet mail, TV listings, and travel services.
