Cam·er·on, David /ˈkæmərən, ˈdeɪvəd/ BrE AmE

(1966-) a British politician who became leader of the Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition in 2005. He was educated at Eton College and Oxford University before joining the Conservative Party’s Research Department. He then worked as a Special Adviser to the Conservative politicians Norman Lamont and later Michael Howard before joining the company Carlton Communications as Director of Corporate Affairs.
