He plays characters in the show such as Daffyd Thomas (a ↑ gay Welsh man), Vicky Pollard (a badly behaved teenage girl), Andy Pipkin (a man in a ↑ wheelchair ), and Marjorie Dawes (a DIET INSTRUCTOR ). He first became famous playing the character of George Dawes, a large baby who played the drums and kept the score on Shooting Stars , a comedy television ↑ game show with Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer. He is known for being ↑ bald and for being openly gay.
