He is the owner of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), a company that was formerly called the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), but which had to change its name after a ↑ lawsuit from the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). In 2001 he started XFL, a new American football ↑ league , but it failed after just one season.
