1 . done very quickly or too quickly, because there was not enough time:

We did have a meeting, but it was a bit rushed.

2 . British English if you are rushed, you are very busy because you have a lot of things to do quickly:

I’ll talk to you later – I’m a bit rushed at the moment.

I’ve been rushed off my feet (=extremely busy) all day.
