A person who's idea of exercise is taking the beer bottles back to the store in exchange for fresh brew. Generally overweight and shapeless. He/she can be winded tying up a pair of shoes. Example: We invited Jeff to go mountain biking with us but he's too much of a blorf to get off the couch.
