The state of being extremely sloppily drunk, as perfected and exemplified by residents of Great Britain, perhaps as a result of being forced to finish their drinks by closing time. Example: Todd and Rebecca were good and britfaced, but hoped they weren't quite as sloppy as some of the inebriated suits they encountered on the way home.
