A tough guy. One who has a limited vocabulary and would beat you up for skateboarding or going to college. Likely to have had a mullet in the 80's and nowadays would love eminem. Names usually are Billy, Jimmy, Johnny, Terry, Mikey, and Paddy. Example: Was downtown and got into a fight with a bruiser. Needless to say, I was beat up.
