UK. Soliciting for prostitution by placing a card advertising a prostitute's business in a phone box. Prostitution is not illegal, but carding is. Check the website. Example: Chris's source of income appears to be carding. Either that or he's a pimp or a drug dealer. I'd bet that he's a card boy.
