Adj. Negative word used to describe someone of an undesirable nature with outwardly dodgy appearances. Also used to talk about any negative experiences. Example: That girl Paul had his tongue down all night was really very crusty. Or, I ate this steak pie, and found half a fly in it. It was really crusty.
