To explode, erupt, crash etc. This came about when I emailed my friend that my stomach was going kaflooie. He had never heard this expression (from cartoons?), got very worried, and immediately called asking if I was OK and what flakooie means. [ED. A similarly spelled non-word is flakookie, a combination of flaky and kookie.] Example: I ate waaaaaay too much last night and this morning my stomach went flakooie. My computer's gone flakooie.
