FOOLIO

An utterly stupid, silly, irritating, or despicable person. Can be used to refer to someone who breaks social conventions, someone who bugs you, or affectionately to name some crazy, fun-loving fool. Use in place of the word fool to indicate sass and fun. Example: Nekobus is a foolio for breakdancing. OR Did you see that foolio make a left-hand turn from the right-hand lane?
