Used when playing Monopoly, when you land a certain person's property and she dosen't notice it because she is not paying attention. Then whoever's turn it is next rolls the dice and you don't have to pay rent even though you landed on it. Example: Pete just landed on Boardwalk, and you have three houses on it. But it's Amy's turn and she already rolled the dice. You've been foomped.
