Descriptive term for those people who live in Canada who can't decide whether they want to be French or Canadian. These are the people who force all the signs in the city of Montreal and the Province of Quebec to be printed in both French and English. Example: If you need to know how to pronounce fleur de lis or menage a trois, go ask Maurice; he's frognadian. Q. Who's going to the Stanley Cup playoffs this year? A. Probably not the Montreal Frognadians.
