1. To be extremely ghetto--that is, low-quality or lame. 2. Wearing clothing that makes one look silly or disreputable. Example: 1. Check out the duct-tape all over that car. That is too ghetrified. 2. You need to lose that do-rag. You look totally ghetrified.
