An old man who hangs around public transport wearing new old clothes, carrying a sports bag, newspapers, maybe a flask of coffee, an unusual hat--not necessarily homeless but isn't in a hurry to get anywhere. Example: Ever since my aunty died my uncle has turned into a complete guamie.
