INVIDIATE

A word to describe people who do not watch TV enough to know what's going on with programs TV watchers like to talk about. Sort of like illiterate for people who don't read. Note: this is not an insult, probably a compliment. Example: I don't know about that program. I'm too busy to watch TV, so I'm invidiate.
