Know It All Pest. Pronounced with a long i and AP as in apple. Used primarily for annoying people who drone on an on about a subject that they know very little about. Can be used for a person who is expert on a subject that nobody cares about. Example: John is the biggest baseball KIAP on earth! Won't he ever shut up?
