MCSALLY

The middle finger or corresponding gesture. Thought to be named after an annoying supervisor at a steel plant. Apparently since steel plants are noisy, a kind of informal sign language was evolved. The sign for McSally was the middle finger. Example: Some jerk cut me off, so I threw him the McSally.
