Noun. Imbecile, idiot. Offensive expression alluding to someone with Down Syndrome, being Mongoloid. Verb. To reach a drugged state where physical activity is minimal and mental faculties are incapacitated. Used frequently within the 'ecstasy' fuelled 'house' scene.
