NOSTALGEBRA

The feeling of warmth and excitement at seeing, say, a page full of complex equations, or thinking about the imagery of algebra-- without, needless to say, feeling the urge to understand or do anything about it. Example: I love those old Open University programmes--I just bask in the nostalgebra.
