SMURFWARE

Any program or code that's dumbed down or cutesied up to the point where the only reasonable response is to destroy it and the programmer who wrote it. Example: This version of Quake is smurfware. All of the blood is gone and the guns all auto-aim. OR The cutesy assistants in all of the Microsoft Office products are smurfware.
