1. That awkward feeling when someone really disgusting is hitting on you. 2. That awkward feeling when you've either said something you shouldn't have, or you're just not connecting with someone. Example: 1. He had about six gold chains and tried to actually touch me, and it made me feel so squinky I had to get out of there. 2. I told a joke, and the silence in the room made me feel all squinky. This was not my crowd.
