Meaning of SWICK in English

An all-purpose verb meaning to do it up or make it so. Very equivocal word, open to interpretation. Often use in conjunction with it, ie swick it! Example: We were looking at renovating a run-down house, and when I saw it I told Bob that we could really easily swick it and sell it for way more.
