Someone who deliberately cuts in on someone else's territory when she knows she shouldn't. (As in Victa lawnmowers. I don't know if these are only in Australia.)- Example: When Pete saw Chris getting friendly with Pete's new girlfriend he knew the rumours of Chris being a victa were true.
