1. To be incapacitated beyond the ability to function on any level. 2. To be disciplined, taken advantage of, or treated unfairly by an individual, group, or institution. Example: 1. He was really zooted at the party last night. 2. Although I was about to put a coin in the meter, the officer zooted me anyway. 3. The judges zooted the Canadian skaters.
