Definitely a Cybermedia program which we believe to be part of First Aid 98. Read FA_GD32 for more details.
Recommendation :
CMAGENT is often responsible for illegal operations, particularly on Windows 95/98 PCs that have had various software upgrades since the demise of Cybermedia (such as Internet Explorer upgrades, DirectX, Windows Update, etc...). Thus, if after reading FA_GD32 you decide not to de-install First Aid 98, you should at least disable this background task with Starter.
