Norton Clean Sweep Install Monitor. It monitors the installation of programs on your PC so that it can fully de-install them when you decide to de-install them. CSINSM32 is the Windows 9x/ME task while CSINSMNT is the Windows NT4/2000/XP task.
Recommendation :
The purpose of programs like Clean Sweep is that they run in the background and "kick in" as and when required, obviating the need for the end-user to remember to use them. So, although you could run this program via "Start \ Programs", we recommend leaving it alone if you are happy with Norton Clean Sweep.
