Internet Explorers Load WebCheck. Microsofts own description : "Load WebCheck customizes some of the settings in Internet Explorer. Load WebCheck adds, removes, and updates subscriptions. It also propagates settings for user profiles."
Recommendation :
The truth is, we are not sure ! From the above description LOADWC.EXE seems essential but thankfully it does not seem to have any negative side effects on the performance of a PC. It seems however, that if you follow our recommended way of installing Internet Explorer, it then never gets loaded !
