Lotus QuickStart 97. Having this program running in the background supposedly enables any program in Lotus SmartSuite to start faster.
Recommendation :
As with Microsofts OSA.EXE, this program is a total utter waste of time. The benefits in todays world of fast PCs are non-existent. Delete with Startup Manager.
