Registration reminder app for Xeroxs Textbridge OCR software. If you elect not to register your copy of Textbridge when you install it on a PC, this background process is created and will remind you, every two weeks at boot-up, that you have not registered Textbridge.
Recommendation :
Totally annoying ! Delete with Startup Manager.
