This task will also show as a Delrina product, which is what WinFax used to be before it was bought by Symantec, and it will also show as a Windows XP WinFax Printer Driver because the faxing feature within Windows XP is from WinFax. This task appears only on Windows NT4/2000/XP.
Recommendation :
Absolutely essential to the proper functioning of WinFax, you will not be able to fax without it. Leave alone.
