Located on the southwestern end of Saint Vincent island, it overlooks Kingstown Harbour. Its sites of interest include the Botanic Gardens (founded 1763), the oldest of its kind in the Western Hemisphere; Capt. Bounty to obtain breadfruit trees from {{link=Tahiti">Tahiti for this garden.
