TAX DISC


Meaning of TAX DISC in English

( in Britain ) a round piece of paper which must be displayed on the front window of a vehicle to show that the owner has paid their road tax (= a tax on all vehicles that use public roads). People usually pay their road tax and get their tax discs at a post office. They may cover periods of six months or one year.
